Terms and Conditions

yadafeed is a curated video feed tool. It is built to help families and individuals watch creator content they intentionally choose, without recommendation feeds, trending feeds, or engagement-ranked browsing.

Using the Service

You are responsible for the creators, channels, Yada lists, and account access you configure. Yada list account numbers and PINs should only be shared with people you trust.

Content

Video content is provided by third-party platforms and creators. yadafeed does not own that content and cannot guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability of third-party videos.

YouTube content and YouTube API Services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using yadafeed features that display, open, or play YouTube content, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube-provided metadata and availability can change. To follow YouTube API Services policies, yadafeed may refresh, replace, or remove cached YouTube metadata and unavailable YouTube items, including within the 30-day YouTube API Data retention window described in the Privacy Notice.

Accounts and Premium Services

Some features may become paid or premium features. Any fees are intended to support hosting, service operation, maintenance, and development costs.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit spam, interfere with the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Objectionable Content and Abuse

yadafeed has no tolerance for objectionable content, abusive users, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, hateful conduct, spam, or content that violates applicable law. Users can flag objectionable content and block abusive creators from the app. Blocking removes that creator from the user's feed immediately and sends a moderation report to yadafeed.

We review objectionable content reports within 24 hours. When a report is confirmed, we remove the offending content from yadafeed-controlled feeds and eject or restrict the user or source that provided the offending content.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project grows. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
